A profile
of pride,
display and stance.
Nature has its way
Never say never
Cycle of life and death.
A balmy day
There was one,
then two,
then one too many
on a teeny support.
Couple or pair
It does not matter,
It matters -
common passion
common pursuit.
And then it arises
clean, unencumbered,
leaving behind,
what should not cling.
Tantalising, alluring,
and, fatal.
On top of the world
whichever way you look,
You decide your view.
Spot and be spotted,
To each his territory
When nature runs its course
it's peaceful co-existence.
Small we may be,
Our presence,
Needless to say,
Is still very much felt.
