Dark-necked Tailorbird
Should one need a challenge, there's nothing like trying to keep up with a Tailorbird.
Even with a young one trailing behind, the parent Dark-necked Tailorbird didn't miss a beat foraging, perhaps training its young at the same time.

Ruby-cheeked Sunbird
A gem of the forest, its 'ruby' shines forth.
Unequally for the female who lacked that lustre; and this one also seemed to lack the boldness to forage in the foreground.
The more vibrant male Ruby-cheeked Sunbird was more forthcoming, and more energetic too.

Abbott's Babbler
Was it a squabble, was it a courtship, the heated exchange between the Abbott's Babblers was there for all to hear. And the continuous posturing of the two birds further raised the temperature of the display.
So absorbed these two were pretty much oblivious to my close watch. Unfortunately the dense undergrowth was a bane to a feast for the eyes, however their melodic exchange did entertain the ears.

Tailorbirds
An Ashy Tailorbird posed fluffy and endearing, open in bright sunshine whilst a Dark-necked Tailorbird would have appeared likewise too if not confined to the undergrowth.

Great Myna
Almost nondescript, the Great Myna could easily be dismissed for any of the more common mynas.
However, look again, its crest does holler for attention, one rather chic looking one too, a feature that lifts it off its otherwise drab outlook - now spunky, jaunty, strutting like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever!
