Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

Partners in abundance

When a whole is divided into parts, what inhabit one will naturally show up in another, and all are partners in abundance.

Bukit Kiara is one of many, and shares the avian life that enriched the whole.

And so Series I record only but a few sighted todate.

And the other beauties too.

The other beauties

Broad Yellow Oakblue (Arhopala amphimuta amphimuta)

Common Flesh Fly (Sarcophagidae)

Wasp

Growing macaque presence

It can't be bias when one feels more for another than the other, justified but still conflicted, encounters of this kind deemed a bane to bird presence, the other being with squirrels.

And it cannot be overlooked that the taman has an increasing presence of the Long-tailed Macaques in recent months.

A little flowerpecker's lesson

And the way to go, cry a little, turn a little, twist a little, and perhaps we'll get it, a signage to the next level.

Just don't look back.
