A Crested Honey-buzzard (Pernis ptilorhynchus) seemed to prefer the view from a rooftop, and stayed that way till it flew down instead of up, unfortunately lost from sight and pursuit eventually.
At this time of the year, one would have expected a migratory bird which would have been a pernis orientalis but for the crest of this one, barely visible though.
