Even the smallest of beaks can do the job in split seconds, as the Orange-bellied Flowerpecker plucked, squashed and the berry was gone before one can take second blink.
And this hairy berry is certainly the favourite of these flowerpeckers, so should be any birdwatcher's target if one wants to sight them.
And then it's on the forage for another.
