Kingfisher, a-posterior

Not every attempt can be successful and the White-throated Kingfisher should know better.  I heard a splash and then this one came flying up to perch, with zilch catch, or was it merely taking a dip?!  Nevertheless, dry or wet, its brilliant colours are to be appreciated!
