It wouldn't be totally inaccurate to say that these birds in a flock chatter and babble nosily and harshly! And they could leave one rather breathless trying to keep up with both their incessant chatters and movements.
Yet the Pin-striped Tit Babbler (Macronus gularis) is also at most time ignored because of its omnipresence in the bukit.
However it should be welcomed as its arrival is normally in a mixed flock, making one hopeful of perhaps a gem of a special sighting, alas, not on this occasion though!
