Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

Birds, after all

It's a bird's world, and  a long shot (figuratively and metaphorically) for the human being to try and comprehend avian tiffs and discord.

Perhaps the cause of the racket.

Considered the culprit as it was finally shrieked at and screeched off.

And the motley flock that ganged up at the target dispersed immediately after.

Then another display, that began as fast as it ended, with me none the wiser, or even able to hazard the slightest guess.

And the plot thickened with the appearance of this strangely patterned Javan Myna, with a rare perch besides a Common Myna.

Amidst it all was a Spotted Dove absorbed in its own world, fluffing and easing down throughout the entire cacophony.

Viva the avian world!
