Not one to give up, the piercing calls of the Changeable Hawk-Eagle reverberated throughout even as it came in to land.
And unfortunately the response seemed far away, leaving it little choice but to leave.

Spotted, it instantly made a retreat, large as it was, silently and effortlessly through the branches and twigs, leaving me simply awed under the massive shadow of its wings.
