An old Barbet

This Lineated Barbet does look like a rather aged bird but nevertheless its colours are still striking.  The bonus was when I pursued it by following its call, and finally found it, and with a catch.

Only in Nature can one see such stunning green shades in both creature and foliage.

Another bonus when I spotted this fella again in the afternoon.

Amusing to see it look like an old scrooge in this pose.
