Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

Bathing Bulbuls

The water was just too tempting, and so in it went!
The Stripe-throated Bulbul was so engrossed that it didn't notice that I was pretty close by, until a little too late.  Then the bonus came when the second bird flew down.
Seriously dunked and on the shake!






Looked like the second one was just waiting for its turn to go in.
