Feeling rather dejected after having missed the raptor photo opportunity, and scouring the taman for it the next morning, hoping against hope, without success inevitably, I was thrilled to be rewarded by the encounter with the Yellow-rumped Flycatcher, one with striking orange flush at its throat, which I believe is an uncommon image. It's a male with growing breeding plumage, usually seen in spring, so I believe this one is on the way home, so another transit visitor.
