A flying lizard
I had thought it was a tiny bird that flew and landed just before me, and was simply surprised when it turned out to be a flying lizard, or draco volans, also known as common flying dragon.
Unfortunately it didn't look my way for me to capture its unique flap of skin that had opened up, which I had mistakenly thought to be a leaf between its lips.
