Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

For feeds

It is reported that the presence of birds indicates the quality of the environment, and to take it further, the robustness of the taman is certainly reflected in the diversity of bird species.
Birds here forage in the air, land and water, literally.
The Blue-tailed Bee-eaters seized insects in the air and the frequency of smacks heard as they dived and twirled through the air boasted of their hits.

In the shade of the trees and thick foliage the Brown-throated Sunbird happily forage for larvae and caterpillars.
