Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

Finally the other wagtail

Every year I look forward to see the Grey Wagtail (Motacilla cinerea), adorable, challenging to shoot yet so very entertaining.

And this time it didn't fail as well and I was so happy to be able to observe it for a pretty lengthy time, trying to fish in fast moving water, a first actually as I've only seen it normally beside calmer water.

The daily rain therefore was a blessing in disguise as the river water was swift and so it challenged the bird, so very entertaining.

And there it went, off to another part to fish, unfortunately out of sight, but ...

... it did return to fish again ....

No success but wonder what caught its attention?

As I've said, never failed to entertain, this time, hopping to avoid a floating leaf.
