Glossy Sunbird

It's always a delight to come across the Brown-throated Sunbird, but a challenge to capture its image at its best in the sun naturally, with its glossy metallic upper parts and iridescent shoulder patches.

Its dull yellow underpart definitely does not match its glossy upper part.

Flashes of fabulous colours in the sun.

Even a glimpse of it easily revealed its striking colours.
