Lesson from the Barbet

I will never be tired of shooting this delightful Lineated Barbet, particularly when I could catch it in this self-indulgent situation.  We could learn a thing or two from it - be free, go all out when you want to scratch, flap, twist, dig, probe, any thing to absolutely let loose, no need to feel self-conscious.  No need to feel that you're ugly, uncouth, gross or even comical when you are most relaxed.  Just do it!
