The Bulbul and its 'robotic' leg
The Stripe-throated Bulbul must be quite stunned to fly straight in to land right in front of me that it halted for ample time for me to get close-up shots. It's not a bird that would fly towards people. And upon examining the image closely, I noticed that the most striking feature is its leg, almost robotic-like in colour and form.
Always thrilling to have eye-to-eye contact!
