Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

A Macaque

Monkeys, or in this case Macaque Monkey is generally not commonly seen in the taman.  This one was seen pretty high up which was again a surprise, as if it was enjoying the morning air.  It was also alone, again unusual here as close by at Bukit Kiara, troops can be seen albeit small ones.
This lone ranger could be attracted by the garbage bins which unfortunately have not been cleared regularly lately.
