Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

Another Myna squabble

The most quarrelsome birds in the taman have to be the Common Mynas.  They are most frequently seen having squabbles among themselves, and mainly down to the ground.
What angry looks!

There were actually three, one seemed helmed down most of the time.

Then along came this one, seemingly neutral.

And then the three flew off together leaving it alone.  Hmmmm.
