Taman Rimba Kiara is a little green gem located in a corner of the TTDI residential area. The above flowering tree, the firmiana malayana or mata lembu, flashes in testimony to man's care-less-ness - it's one of only two trees in the park that had flowered, since then the tree had been chopped down.

Act of Nature

Every grouping needs a leader and it's no exception with this school of fish that was temporarily 'locked in' this little pool that was created due to the overnight heavy downpour.
Perhaps the leader, the bigger fish, knew that it was trapped and was leading the tinier ones to hide from the open, steering them into and under the rocks.

It looked like the rock was not large enough to offer any refuge because the entire school soon emerged and was led out and seen swimming round the tiny pool.

Eventually hoping to give a helping hand, meddling in nature's law, rightfully or not, I parted a narrow outlet to the open river.
